About the Journal
Ilorin Journal of Administration and Development (IJAD) (ISSN: 2536-7358) is a peer-reviewed journal, published biannually (June and December) by the Department of Public Administration, University of Ilorin. IJAD provides a platform for researchers, academicians, professionals and students to impart and share knowledge through high quality empirical, conceptual and theoretical papers, case studies and book reviews. IJAD welcomes original high quality manuscripts submissions from all over the world in the areas of knowledge related but not limited to Public Administration, Public Policy and Management, Political Theory, International Relations, Human Resource Management, Community Development, Local Government Administration, Gender and Equity Related Matters, Sustainable Development, ICT in the Public Sector, Public Financial Management, Industrial Relations and Conflict Resolution, Organizational Theory and Management, Economic and Social Development and Socio-Cultural Issues in Development.
